§ 1 General provisions

These regulations define the rules of using the website of the company HAJDUK PODŁOŻE DO PIECZAREK SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, available at https://www.hajduk.pl (hereinafter: "Website").

The Website is operated by the company HAJDUK PODŁOŻE DO PIECZAREK SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, with its registered office at Ciepielówek 1, 67-410 Sława, entered into the National Court Register - register of entrepreneurs under the KRS number: 0000958802, NIP: 4970092602, REGON: 521415812.

By using the Website, the User accepts the provisions of these Regulations.

§ 2 Definitions

Company – HAJDUK PODŁOŻE DO PIECZAREK SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ.

Website – website operated by the Company, available at https://www.hajduk.pl

User – any natural or legal person using the Website.

Services – all services provided electronically by the Company via the Website.

§ 3 Use of the Website

The User undertakes to use the Site in a manner consistent with applicable law, principles of social coexistence and the provisions of these Regulations.

A User who does not agree with the changes introduced should cease using the Site.

In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.

Any disputes arising in connection with the use of the Site shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Company's registered office.
