Substrate for
growing mushrooms
High-quality substrate is the building block of successful mushroom cultivation.
Substrate production requires precisely selected ingredients and optimal conditions, but above all, specialized knowledge. It is what we have.
Substrate in boxes
This is the ideal solution for producers who want to enjoy a good and stable harvest. We offer substrate for mushroom cultivation in 120×240cm boxes. The boxes, which are also shelves, can be easily stacked (basic logistic unit - a stack of 4 boxes with a height of 233cm). The semi-trailer can carry 11 stacks, which allows one forklift operator to efficiently set up 126 m² of compost in a short period of time.
Sales of Phase III in boxes
Substrate supplied with cover and caking allows for binding control and timely harvesting.
Full control over cultivation
Management of harvesting schedules
Self-management of the process

Production process of our substrates
We are close to nature. We form the life of the mushroom. We combine natural raw materials without using chemical additives. It's pure microbiology and a thorough understanding of the processes occurring in mushrooms.
Phase I
- Mixing of raw materials. We use high-quality chicken and turkey manure and straw from local suppliers.
- After mixing, the raw materials enter the aerobic composting phase, which lasts from 14-18 days.
- Moistening and mixing affect the structure of the substrate, ensuring the homogeneity of the product and its proper moisture content.
- Continuous control of temperature and oxygen levels ensures adequate development of beneficial microflora, which decompose cellulose chains.
Phase II
- After Phase I, the material is moved from the yard to enclosed tunnels equipped with climate control systems.
- At this stage we check the ammonia level and closely monitor the temperature and duration of the process.
- The main purpose behind proper pasteurization is to get rid of unwanted organisms. And the selective microflora, full of actinomycetes, makes a good environment for the mushroom mycelium to grow.
Phase III
- Inoculation of selective substrate with mushroom mycelium under sanitary conditions during the tunnel loading process.
- Incubation. Mycelium overgrows throughout the substrate, under controlled conditions. The process takes 16 -19 days
- Phase III substrate is put into metal boxes, then covered with a peat mixture.
- The end result is a stable, overgrown substrate dominated by Agaricus Bisporus mycelium.
Phase IV
- We place the boxes from Phase III in high storage halls, where we continue the complex process of mushroom growing.
- Recovery. We stabilize substrate temperatures and add water to the crop accordingly. We allow the mycelium to grow freely through the cover.
- Formation of fruiting bodies. We control the temperature, carbon dioxide levels and ventilation to induce the transition of the mycelium from the vegetative phase to the generative phase.
- After 14 days, when we get the right quantity, size and quality of mushrooms, the product is ready for sale.
