1. The administrator collects your personal data for the following purposes:

III. Legal basis for data processing


1. The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016. (GDPR).

2. The legal basis for processing data in the recruitment process is:


  • Your consent to the processing of your personal data for one or more specified purposes.
  • The necessity of the processing for the performance of a contract to which the user is party or to take action at the user's request prior to entering into a contract.
  • Necessity of the processing for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller.

For recruitment:

  • Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – taking actions at the request of the data subject before entering into a contract (applies to the current recruitment).
  • Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR – consent to the processing of data in future recruitments.

1. The user has the right to:


  • Access to the content of your data and receive a copy of your data.
  • Correct (rectify) your data.
  • Deletion of data, restriction of processing.
  • Object to the processing of your data.
  • Data portability.
  • Lodge a complaint to a supervisory authority.
  • Withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time.
