2. The legal basis for processing data in the recruitment process is:
- Your consent to the processing of your personal data for one or more specified purposes.
- The necessity of the processing for the performance of a contract to which the user is party or to take action at the user's request prior to entering into a contract.
- Necessity of the processing for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller.
For recruitment:
- Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – taking actions at the request of the data subject before entering into a contract (applies to the current recruitment).
- Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR – consent to the processing of data in future recruitments.

- Deletion of data, restriction of processing.
